  19th Tour de Rez is on the Road!

The Tour de Rez has begun, with riders heading across the southern rez in search of a 1000-mile route to Window Rock!  Students from Red Mesa High School, Shonto Prep, Round Rock Elementary, Red Valley-Cove High School, Sanders Public Schools, Chilchinbeto Community School, Tohatchi Elementary, Breadsprings Youth Program, Montezuma Creek Elementary, T'iis Nazbas Community School and Kayenta Middle School will be among the students taking the journey around the rez. 

The Tour will traverse some of the most amazing country of Dine' Bikeyah - magical Monument Valley, Chuska Mountains, the Four Corners, Grand Canyon, Rainbow Bridge and Canyon de Chelley. Plus, we'll be doing service along the way, including prjects at Buffalo Pass, Chi Chil Tah, Narbana Pass, Wheatfields Lake, T'iis Nazbas and Monument Valley.  The ride concludes in Window Rock for the start of the Navajo Nation Council's summer session on July 20.
